Display Restrictions - Hall A Exhibitor Meeting Rooms

Please note the following restrictions when planning your meeting room display/set-up:

• Items placed inside the room wall may not exceed the height of the wall, which is 7'.  
   
• Hanging signs are not permitted. 
   
•  A reception/greeter table outside your contracted room is permitted provided the table and any chairs are against the wall, on the same side as the door, directly outside your contracted space.   
   
• Microphones and sound speakers are not permitted for use in the Exhibitor Meeting Rooms.  The "good neighbor policy: will be in effect.  
   
• Exterior branding is permitted. The front wall of your exhibitor meeting room(s) may display corporate branding. To order exterior branding, complete and submit the application. Questions? Contact Kristin Hudson at ashexhibits@spargoinc.com. 
   
• Interior branding attached to the walls must be ordered exclusively through and provided by Freeman.  
   
• We will allow no more than (1) banner stand that does not exceed 1M wide and 2.5M high which may be placed directly outside your contracted meeting room.

NOTE:  The meeting rooms do not include ceilings. If you are interested in adding a ceiling to your room(s), please contact Eryn Martin and Veronica White with Freeman.  Exhibitor will be responsible for any costs associated with adding a ceiling to meeting rooms.  This may include but not limited to fire watch.
