Availability is limited, and rooms will fill quickly, so reserve yours early.

Exhibitors may brand the front-facing wall of their meeting room in Hall B of the convention center with corporate-only graphics on fabric overlays, creating a polished, professional look that draws attention and reinforces your brand.

• Friday, December 11: 12:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. (for staff meetings and setup only)
• Saturday, December 12: 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
• Sunday, December 13: 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
• Monday, December 14: 7:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Important Notes

• Official 68th ASH Annual Meeting and Exposition badges are required to access the Exhibitor Meeting Rooms in Hall B at all times. Exhibitor badges are not included in your meeting room package.
   
• Exhibitor Meeting Rooms may only be used for staff meetings and set up on Friday, December 11. Please do not schedule meetings with attendees on this day.
   
• Exhibitor badges are not included in your meeting room package.
   
• When communicating your Exhibitor Meeting Room number(s) to staff and attendees, we recommend you reference them as “MR Hall B XXX.” This will help those looking for your meeting room to differentiate between ASH Collaboration Rooms and the existing meeting rooms at the convention center.
