Food/Hospitality In Your Booth

Food and beverages distributed by exhibitors must comply with all applicable laws and industry guidelines, including the CMSS Code for Interactions with Companies and the PhRMA Code on Interactions with Healthcare Professionals. Food and beverage items must be of minimal value and available to all registered attendees upon request. Cash, cash equivalents, coupons, vouchers, alcohol, and popcorn are prohibited.

Exhibitors planning to provide food or beverages must submit a request through the Booth Activity Form in the Exhibitor Resource Center by Friday, October 16. Approval is at the discretion of ASH. Any exhibitors providing unapproved or non-compliant food or beverages will be required to cease immediately. ASH Exposition Management will not accept on-site requests for provision of food or beverages.

Sodexo Live! is the exclusive provider of food and beverage within the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. No food or beverage of any kind can be brought into the facility. All food and beverage must be ordered through Sodexo Live! The Exhibitor Catering Menu and ordering link can be found here.

Any exhibitor at the annual meeting who provides food and beverages to attendees is required to order and pay for porter service through Freeman. Order forms and additional information are available in the Exhibitor Service Manual under “Service Order Forms.”

ASH Food Guide
Attendees have shared that finding food at a large meeting can be challenging. To help, ASH created the ASH Food Guide. Exhibitors offering food or beverages are encouraged to secure a listing that highlights what is being served in your booth and booth location. The guide will appear in the printed ASH Campus Map, mobile app, and on-site kiosks. The ASH Food Guide will also contain other concession areas where food may be purchased within the ASH campus.
