Exhibit Space Package
The following are included in the Exhibit Space Package:
Inline Booths Only: 8’ high back drape (red, black and white) and 3’ high side drape (black) booth dividers
Aisle carpet (Tuxedo – a black and gray tweed).
Note: All booths in the Exhibit Hall must be carpeted. Carpet is NOT included in the exhibit space package and MUST be provided by the exhibiting company at their own expense.
24-hour general security in the Exhibit Hall

Exhibitors receive an allocated number of registration badges included with their exhibit space. For every 100 square feet of exhibit space, an exhibitor will receive Two (2) Exhibit Hall Only registrations (maximum of 75) and One (1) Full-Meeting registration (maximum of 10):

Exhibit Hall Only badges include access to the exhibit hall (includes Sunday and Monday lunches) but do not include access to annual meeting sessions.
• Two (2) badges per 100 sq. ft. of exhibit space, up to 75 badges maximum
• Additional badges may be purchased for $375 each (includes Sunday and Monday lunches)
Full-Meeting:
Full-Meeting badges include access to all education and scientific sessions, plus exhibit hall access.
• One (1) complimentary full-meeting badge per 100 sq. ft. of exhibit space, up to 10 badges maximum
• Additional full-meeting badges may be purchased at their respective rate.
All exhibitor and booth personnel requiring access to the exhibit hall during move-in, before or after open exhibit hours and/or during move out must be registered as an exhibitor and wear an official exhibitor badge to access the Exhibit Hall.
